Eric A. Widra, MD, FACOG, FAWM

Eric A. Widra, MD, FACOG, FAWM, serves as Executive Senior Medical Officer for Shady Grove Fertility and Vice President, Development, for USFertility. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer of Shady Grove Fertility and Associate Director of the Combined Federal Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.

Dr. Widra completed his medical degree at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and REI fellowship at The George Washington University. He holds clinical professorships at Georgetown and George Washington Universities.

He has served on the SART Executive Committee and ASRM Practice Committee, contributed to numerous ASRM practice documents, and authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications. A longtime RESOLVE board member, Dr. Widra also founded its Physicians Council and has been active in federal and state patient advocacy.
