Your embryologists are world-class. Your physicians are trusted. But behind every successful cycle is a business that has to work too: insurance that has to get billed, workflows that have to hand off cleanly, staff who have to stay, and patients who need to feel cared for at one of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.
Most fertility leaders learned these skills on the job, one denied claim, one turnover crisis, one frustrated patient at a time. This course gives you the frameworks you'd otherwise spend years piecing together.
Built for the people who keep fertility care running.
Walk away with skills, not just slides.
By the end of the course, you'll be able to:
Four phases. One complete picture of your practice.
The course moves from the patient outward, building each layer of practice management on the one before it.
Welcome to the course, and here is a guided overview of how the four phases fit together.
Practice 360 Cohort Experience
Learn together. Apply it in practice. Save along the way.
The Practice 360 Cohort Experience is a year-long, cohort-based professional development program, offered as a benefit for ARM members but not exclusive to them. Participants receive special cohort pricing for the online course, plus discounted registration for RISE and your choice of ASRM Congress or Masterclass. That's more than $750 in total savings compared with purchasing each separately.
But Practice 360 is more than a discounted bundle. Through flexible online learning, peer connection, and live application, you'll explore the business and leadership decisions that shape today's fertility practices alongside professionals who understand the work.
Your cohort includes two live learning touchpoints: RISE in the spring and ASRM Congress in the fall. These sessions give you room to apply what you've learned, work through real practice challenges, and build connections with peers and experts throughout the year.
Practice 360 at a glance: five moves, built on REACT
Practice 360 follows REACT: Real case, Engage, Ask, Clarify, Takeaway. It's not five more things to do. It's a way to structure the learning you're already doing.
R – REAL CASE: Start where your practice is.
Explore the key areas of practice management through flexible online learning, grounded in the realities of operating and leading a reproductive medicine practice. Topics include patient experience, operations, workflow, quality, leadership, finance, revenue cycle, technology, and more.
E – ENGAGE: Learn with people who understand the work.
Connect with fellow practice leaders, facilitators, peer coaches, and subject-matter experts throughout the cohort. Virtual touchpoints give you a safe space to discuss challenges, compare approaches, ask questions, and learn from others' experiences.
A – ASK: Put your thinking to the test at RISE.
In the spring, you'll work alongside your peers through one connected practice case, making real decisions as a single challenge ripples from patient experience into day-to-day operations. Facilitators and peer coaches ask the hard questions, make your reasoning visible, and tie it back to what you've learned.
C – CLARIFY: Focus on the one thing that matters.
After RISE, you'll choose a real challenge, improvement opportunity, or organizational priority for your Applied Practice Project. Over the following months, supported by monthly peer circles, you'll apply Practice 360 concepts in your own practice and document what you tried, what you learned, and what happened.
T – TAKEAWAY: Bring your work back to the cohort.
At ASRM Congress in the fall, you'll present your Applied Practice Project to the group, where experts in finance and practice leadership help you think through your situation and your next move. You'll see how fellow participants approached their own challenges, and leave with a concrete plan for what comes next.
Made for fertility. Not adapted from somewhere else.
Fertility-specific from start to finish.
Generic healthcare management courses don't cover oncofertility pathways, third-party reproduction, IVF financing, or lab-to-clinic handoffs. This one is built around them.
Frameworks you can apply immediately.
Every module ends with something you can use: a survey design, a workflow map, a vendor scorecard, a staffing plan.
Patient-first, by design.
The course starts with patients for a reason. Every operational, financial, and leadership decision comes back to the experience of the people you serve.
The whole practice in one place.
Patient experience, operations, finance, and leadership, connected the way they are in real life.

No. The course is designed for both clinical and non-clinical leaders. Clinical concepts are explained in operational terms.
I'm already managing a clinic. Is this too basic for me?
