Introducing the 2024 PRIMED Scholars Cohort

Elizabeth Lee, RN, Gilbert, AZ

Elizabeth Lee, RN, Gilbert, AZ

Date: April 04, 2024

Author: ASRM

Meet Elizabeth Lee, RN, an ASRM member since 2016 and Employee #2 at Wellnest Fertility’s Clinical Operations. She is passionate about introducing a patient-first, systems-driven care model in the fertility space that delivers high success rates and high patient satisfaction rates--even for those whose treatment may not be successful. Elizabeth is an active member of the REI community. She is a member of ASRM, ESHRE, PCRS, and RESOLVE, and served as an Arizona State Delegate for the RESOLVE 2023 Federal Advocacy Day. She has been named the 2024 Arizona State Captain for Federal Advocacy Day. She is most excited to bring together a group of like-minded experts from the field to hone advocacy skills to apply systematically to move the needle on expanding access to fertility care across the country.

There is so much at stake on the reproductive medicine landscape. I wanted to roll up my sleeves and be a part of the solution.

Elizabeth joined the ASRM PRIMED Scholars Program to gain the knowledge and skills to advocate effectively for reproductive rights on both state and federal levels. She has witnessed firsthand the profound impact that legislation and policy decisions can have on access to reproductive health care, and by participating in this program, she aims to deepen her understanding of the intricate legal and policy landscape to empower herself and other experts in the field to become more effective advocates for patients and clinicians alike.
