Host an ASRM Webinar


Before submitting a webinar proposal, review the instructions provided:

ASRM considers diversity, equity, and inclusion an important factor in all proposals and asks that those submitting proposals include this in their planning as well. ASRM reserves the right to add or substitute a panelist to align with our environment of inclusivity. Refer to the DEI Recommendations. Speakers and moderators included in the proposal should be contacted by the webinar proposer to confirm their availability and intent to participate in their roles prior to submitting the proposal. Webinar proposals that do not comply to the above instructions will be rejected.



We are especially interested in hosting webinars on the following topics for each month:

October:

Pregnancy/Infant Loss (includes RPL)
Health Literacy

November:

Genetic Counseling
Adoption
Men's Mental Health

December:

Self-care during the holidays for patients and providers

Webinar application windows:

(usually opens on a Monday and closes on a Friday)
 
Q1 2024: Nov 15-30, 2023
Q2 2024: Feb 15-28, 2024
Q3 2024: May 15-30, 2024
Q4 2024: Aug 15-30, 2024
Q1 2025: Nov 15-30, 2024
 
For example, to be reviewed and approved to produce a webinar in the second quarter, applications must be submitted by the end of week 4 in February.
