Answer:

$250 for physicians, Ph.D.s, and other doctorates (L.L.D., J.D., D.V.M., etc.)
$125 Non-Ph.D. lab personnel, administrator, medical student, graduate student, resident, fellow, allied health professional.

Complete the online application form and pay your first year's dues online at the ASRM Store with a credit card or contact the ASRM Membership Department for alternative methods of payment.
