Grand Rounds: Perinatal Outcomes of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Influence of Treatment and Diagnoses

(Credits no longer offered.)

Presented by Judy E. Stern, Ph.D., Dartmouth-Hitchcock

The American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology has developed guidelines for learning for the subspecialty of reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI). These guidelines specify that training should include information on female infertility. This internet activity is designed to provide such training to reproductive endocrinology and infertility fellows as well as other practitioners of reproductive medicine.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
At the conclusion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:
  1. Define the perinatal risks associated with ART treatment.
  2. Review the ART treatment parameters that most affect these perinatal risks.
  3. Evaluate whether underlying subfertility and infertility-related diagnoses influence ART outcomes.
