The definition of 74740 is Hysterosalpingography, radiological supervision, and interpretation. Is this code allowed to be billed if an X-ray is not actually performed and only an ultrasound is performed? Am I misinterpreting the definition of what this code defines? How would one properly code HyCoSy?
