TESE test thaws

We perform test thaws to determine if frozen TESE specimens from other clinics are suitable for our procedures. We are planning to charge 89354 and 89264 if the tissue is not processed before cryopreservation. However, if the tissue was processed before freezing, we are planning to charge 89354 and a simple sperm identification fee rather than 89264. Can we use 89300 or 89321 in addition to 89354? Any alternative codes?
