After nearly twenty years as the Deputy Director of the Eunice Kennedy Shriver NICHD, Dr. Yvonne Maddox has left the institute to assume the position of Acting Director, National Institute of Minority Health and Health Disparities (NIMHD).   Over the years, Dr. Maddox has been a strong advocate for our programs in the reproductive sciences including the Frontiers in Reproduction and Frontiers in Stem Cells and Regeneration Courses, the Clinical Research Reproductive Scientist Training (CREST) Program that she helped establish with former ASRM Executive Director Bob Rebar, the Reproductive Scientist Development Program (RSDP) and the Specialized Cooperative Centers Program in Reproduction and Infertility Research (SCCPIR).  We will miss her here at the NICHD and wish her all the best in her new role at NIMHD.
