Screening for Endometriosis with TVUS: Game-Changing Consensus Guidelines for Fertility

Endometriosis is one of the leading causes of infertility, however, screening and early detection has been historically limited. With improved technology, increasing education and new society guidelines, the Society for Radiologists convened a Consensus on an augmented routine pelvic TVUS to detect endometriosis. Members of several societies including ASRM, SGS and AAGL contributed to this imaging and clinical innovation.
