Why become a Corporate Member?

Corporate Membership in ASRM provides outstanding visibility and a wealth of networking opportunities. You will receive two full memberships on the Corporate Member Council (CMC). These memberships afford you the opportunity to partner with ASRM to provide excellent education about reproductive medicine for health care providers and consumers.

Will my Company be visible at the Annual Meeting?

Yes. Approximately 4,000 physicians, scientists and other healthcare professionals attend ASRM’s Annual Meeting where distinguished leaders present the latest research in the field of reproductive medicine.

Here Corporate Members will have opportunities to:

• Exhibit with priority preference of booth space.

• Sponsor various ASRM Annual Meeting activities.

• Interact with meeting attendees.

• Attend a special luncheon with the ASRM Board of Directors.

Corporate Members will have special recognition throughout ASRM’s Annual Meeting. You will:

• Be listed in the Final Program, ASRM Daily News, and at the Opening Ceremony.

• Receive special signage as well as Corporate Member ribbons for all employees in the booth. 

• The two designated Corporate Members will receive a pin that provides recognition as a Corporate Member.

How will my Company receive exposure throughout the year?

The ASRM website features a link to our Corporate Member area, which provides company overviews and links to Corporate Member homepages. Your overview and link can be updated as needed to accurately reflect your up-to-date corporate information.

The Corporate Member Council meets with the Board of Directors at the spring Board of Directors meeting. During this meeting, council members have the opportunity to participate in an open forum to discuss items of interest and mutual benefit to you and ASRM.

How does my Company join?

Complete and return the attached application for review. Annual dues for Corporate Membership are $5,000.This investment entitles the organization to two full memberships in ASRM which includes all ASRM publications and access to the members only section of the ASRM website. The remainder of the funds are set aside to be used for funding educational projects that are mutually beneficial to ASRM and our Corporate Members.
