What Successful IVF Practices Do Differently
Needs Assessment and Description
The daily challenges faced in managing a successful
reproductive endocrinology practice today involve
both clinical decision-making and efficiently run business
operations. The clinical aspects regarding treatment
options, successful outcomes and meeting patients’
emotional needs must be measured through quality
management. The clinical care challenges of egg banking,
genetic services, complementary medicine, lab technology,
and research can have an impact that will enhance
the patient involvement contributing to a successful
reproductive endocrinology visit. The business operations
focus on strategic planning to include electronic medical
records (EMR), creating the patient experience, marketing,
and analysis of the workflow process will contribute to
defining an outstanding patient-centered in vitro fertilization
(IVF) practice. A focus on showing what the “best” IVF
practices are doing regarding process improvement
solutions and clinical delivery systems management will
be shared in this live session. This two-part presentation is
designed for business and legal professionals as well as
clinician and allied healthcare professionals in reproductive
endocrinology practices.
